    NEXT MIRROR WORD SCHOOL

    South Africa - Hermanus

     18-23, 23-27 January 2013

    You are invited to join us!


    These wordschools are turbo charged with powerful word impartation,
    fellowship and intimacy with God.

      In the vicinity of one of the most beautiful towns in South Africa, Hermanus - nestled between the mountains and the sea, and world famous for land-based whale watching.

    NOTE the first part, 18-23 Jan, will be at Wortelgat conference centre close to  Stanford (next town to Hermanus on the way to Gansbaai). Cost of R200 ($US23)pp/day for meals, facilities, school fees and accommodation at the conference centre. (You are also welcome to arrange your own accommodation at guesthouses in the vicinity - use the internet to find options).

    Day visitors are welcome, day admission R40 and evening sessions are free.

    The second part, 23-27 Jan, will be at El Petra, Soutsakfontein farm on the westcoast (Veldrdrif Rd R399, Vredenburg).  Costs will only be R70 ($US8)pp/day all inclusive.
    The teachings of the two schools will be different, but its the same Word :-)

    About the Wordschools: MirrorWord Ministry has two word schools in Hermanus, South Africa each year, one in Juy/August and another in January. Church leaders come from all over the world and attend for roughly two weeks. It is an incomparable investment that lays a solid foundation and builds lasting and beautiful friendships!

    Daily

    08h30 - Breakfast

    09h30 – Teaching

    11h00 - Tea/juice break

    11h30 – Teaching & discussions

    Off time till 17h30

         Some events will be organised:

         mountain walks; beach walks;
         volley ball, soccer etc.

     

    18h00 - Supper

    19h00 - Teachings, fellowship, worship and sharing

    What to bring

    • Comfortable cool clothes. S.A. coastal towns are normally between 20 and 32 deg. C in summer though it can be cold for a few days. Also windbreaker, tracksuit pants, walking shoes for moutain walks, swimming clothes... No need for suits etc.
    • Bible, notebook and pen
    • Bring your own bedding !!! (For both El Petra and Wortelgat).
    • Towel and toiletries (soap, toothpaste, etc)
    • Torch

    General information

    Audio and video recordings of the teachings will be made.

     

    The programme has no specific arrangements for children; please contact us should you wish to bring any children along.

     

    We will send all foreigners a special welcome letter with further details regarding your stay in South Africa and travel arrangements.

     

    Most important, come with a big appetite for God to minister to you during this very special time.

     

    Registration will take place on the 18th of January from 17h30, at the Wortelgat conference centre, and from 17h30 on 23d of January at El Petra. A light supper will follow and then our first meeting.

     

    Directions: Wortelgat

    FROM CAPE TOWN ON N2

    1. On N2 over the mountains with Sir Lowrys pass and take R43 left to Hermanus / Kleinmond (this turnoff is as you can down the last mountain).
    2. Follow R43 right through the town of Hermanus onto Stanford
    3. At Caltex garage turn right into Stanford - Queen Victoria Street
    4. Travel through 2 four way stops to Moore Street
    5. Turn left into Moore to the next stop street. (becomes a rough gravel road).
    6. Travel for 10 Kms past the chicken farms, Springfontein farm and through Mosaic farm.
    7. Turn right into Wortelgat. We are at the Stables camp - follow signs to office if not clear.

    Directions: El Petra

    Whether you come via Malmesbury or the west coast Rd (R27) from Cape Town. You need to ride into Vredenburg on the main Rd. (R45) and then turn right at the robots onto the R399 to Velddrif. Go about 7Km down this road and on the left you will see the Elpetra ministry Turn off.
